Banking Exams in 2026 — What Changed
Banking exams remain one of the most popular government job pathways in India. IBPS PO (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Probationary Officer), SBI PO, and RRB PO (Regional Rural Bank) are the top three by competition and prestige. All follow a similar structure: Prelims → Mains → Interview.
Exam Structure
IBPS/SBI PO Prelims: 100 questions, 1 hour. English Language (30), Quantitative Aptitude (35), Reasoning Ability (35). Sectional cutoffs — you must clear each section individually.
