A real, current sourcing gap worth knowing about if you're building or reviewing TNPSC PYQ content: TNPSC's Mains descriptive papers are considerably harder to find as searchable, quotable text online than UPSC's — most previous-year Mains papers are only available as PDF downloads from coaching sites, not reproduced as readable web text the way UPSC's PYQs commonly are. Samacheer Kalvi — the curricular foundation

This is a structurally important point: candidates preparing for TNPSC benefit specifically from studying Samacheer Kalvi textbooks (particularly Class VI-XII social science and science content) rather than assuming preparation for a different state's PSC or for UPSC transfers directly, since the specific curricular framework and its Tamil-Nadu-specific emphasis genuinely differs.
